Usher Raymond & Girlfriend Jennifer Goicoechea Are Expecting Their Second Child Together

Usher is about to be a daddy again. Usher is expecting his fourth child, the couple’s second together, with girlfriend Jennifer Goicoechea. In September, the couple welcomed their first child together, daughter Sovereign Bo [now 8 months]. Usher has two older children, Naviyd Ely [12] & Usher V [13], with ex-wife Tameka Foster, whom he divorced in 2009.

The couple hit the red carpet on Thursday [May 27th] for the iHeartRadio Music Awards, which Usher hosted. Jennifer Goicoechea proudly showed off her growing baby bump in a little black dress ensemble. She shared a photo on Instagram with the caption,

“Another One” in my @djkhaled voice #Iheartawards“

In an interview with Extra, Usher discussed the meaning of his daughter’s name.

“So, Sovereign, man, is such a beautiful word and name to me, you know, a supreme ruler is obviously the defined name.”

He added,

“She’s definitely ruling the household, but Sovereign Bo-Bo is at the end of it, so she’s my little ‘reign-bo’.”

Sovereign Bo made her TV debut in November on the Ellen DeGeneres Show. Usher introduced her virtually, sharing the first photo of himself kissing his baby girl’s forehead. Ellen DeGeneres said,

“She looks like a little porcelain doll. She doesn’t even look real.”

Usher jokingly responded:

“You believe that until you have to change her.”

He continued:

“She came out early. She was scheduled to be a Scorpio but decided she had a different plan. Libras, you know, they kinda have their minds made up what they wanna do.”
