Dreezy Says A Man ‘Punched Me In The Face’ In Mexico, Jacquees Defended Her & ‘Body Slammed’ Him

It seems like there was a little trouble in paradise for on-again-off-again couple Dreezy and Jacquees. According to recent reports, on Monday (May 28) Dreezy and Jacquees, both 27, were involved in a physical altercation with an unnamed man while vacationing together in Mexico. It’s unclear what started the incident but video footage of the aftermath has surfaced online.

After the footage found its way to the internet, Dreezy, born Seandrea Sledge, went on Instagram live and explained how the argument between Jacquees, born Rodriquez Jacquees Broadnax, and the unidentified man turned physical. According to Dreezy, Jacquees and the man involved were having a heated disagreement when she walked into the situation and was unexpectedly hit by the man.

“I’ma just clear it up real quick. […] A grown man put his hands on me yesterday. That man y’all seen on the floor punched me in my face yesterday over some stuff he had going on with Jacquees. They had their little altercation, I walked up to see what was going on, and I got swung on.”

She continued and shared that’s when things got physical and,

“Jacquees did what he had to do. He bodyslammed that n*gga, kicked him in his face– that’s why he was on the floor. I didn’t even get to touch the n*gga. That’s why y’all seen me get mad and throw my shoe because security was pulling me back, y’all know how it is when it’s an altercation.”

Dreezy and Jacquees were reportedly left uninjured following the altercation. Jacquees has yet to speak on what happened.

Dreezy and Jacquees have been in an on and off-again relationship for the past few years. Last October things seemingly took a turn for the worst and the pair publicly dished out their issues in a nasty Twitter breakup. Jacquees quote retweeted one of Dreezy’s pictures and added the throw-up emoji. He then announced that he was single.

He continued with his rant against her and added,

“I feel so Crazy when I love genuine and folks be fake it kill me sorry for stepping out of my character to all my Fans…”

Dreezy had a few things to say about Jacquees as well.

The pair started dating in 2018 after going on tour together.
