‘Married To Medicine LA’ Star Lia Dias Says Husband Pushed & Kicked Her In Restraining Order + Husband Files For Divorce

Married to Medicine LA star Lia Dias has filed for a temporary restraining order against her husband, Colin Sr.

Lia Dias reportedly filed and was granted a restraining order against her husband just days after he filed for divorce.

According to court documents, the CEO of Hype Hair Magazine claims Colin Sr. has been abusive throughout their marriage, citing both physical and verbal abuse. She also alleges that he pushed her to the ground and kicked her just this month.

The documents claim that since Colin filed for divorce, he changed the locks to their home and she hasn’t been able to see her children.

However, Colin Sr., who has also filed his own restraining order, claims that Dias is the one who ‘erratic and emotionally abusive.’

In his claim, he alleges that over the years Lia Dias has lashed out at him and claims that she punched him after he had abdominal surgery. Colin also added that Dias came to his sister’s house with a ton of people demanding to see her kids, which resulted in him fearing for his safety.

Lia Dias, joined the Married to Medicine LA cast for the second season, which aired in May 2020.

The couple shares two children together, and Colin Sr. is seeking joint physical custody.
