After hearing the story, Black’s attorney, Bradford Cohen, said the rapper contacted him and said,

“Make sure that kid is straight. Pay for her college fund.”

The Fort Lauderdale Fraternal Order of Police thanked everyone who donated to the Sepot family and said that her loss was ‘immeasurable’ to the whole community.

Black reportedly donated the $20,000 to Officer Sepot’s daughter’s college fund because he also battled Covid-19. Cohen said the Flordia rapper suffered body aches, headaches, and difficulty breathing for about 10 days after contracting the virus.

The news of Kodak Black’s donation also comes after the announcement that he is expecting a little girl with a girlfriend and realtor, Maranda Johnson.

Black, who was released from prison in January 2021, was sentenced to three years for falsifying information when trying to purchase firearms from a federally licensed dealer.

He was pardoned by former President Donald Trump in his last days in office, who the rapper later thanked via Twitter.

The news of Kodak Black’s donation also comes after the announcement that he is expecting a little girl with a girlfriend and realtor, Maranda Johnson.

In June, Black faced backlash after celebrating his birthday with a Lakers Theme helicopter to which he posted a picture and caption saying,

“I’m ouchea 24 a day I’m like KOBE.”

Kobe Bryant, his daughter Gianna Bryant, and seven others tragically died in a helicopter crash in Calabasas, Califonia on Jan. 26th, 2020.
