Earlier this year, a woman filed a police report claiming she met the Harrises at a club in Los Angeles back in 2005. She alleges the couple then drugged and sexually assaulted her.
However, according to newly obtained legal documents, prosecutors have elected not to move forward with the case due to the 10-year statute of limitations has expired.
This win comes after T.I. and Tiny’s motion to dismiss their defamation lawsuit was denied against their former friend, Sabrina Peterson.

T.I., Sabrina Peterson
According to the judge, Peterson had shown ‘probability of prevailing’ on her claims against the couple after both denied the allegations on Instagram. During court the judge said,
“Therefore, the only defamatory statements in contention here are the Harrises’ comments surrounding the accusation that Peterson was lying about the gun to the head threat.”
The former close friends have been in a legal battle since the beginning of this year, with Peterson sharing the claims of over 30 women, who allege being drugged and sexually assaulted by the Harrises.
In another claim of a woman who alleges the couple drugged and sexually assaulted her in Las Vegas in 2010, the charges were also dropped due to the statute of limitations being expired.
