Cardi B To Appear In Court On Oct. 25 Over 2018 Strip Club Fight

Cardi B is due back in court later this month in the case concerning her alleged involvement in a strip club brawl.

The Grammy-winning rapper had a court hearing yesterday (Monday, Oct. 18) for the reckless endangerment and assault charges against her. She pleaded not guilty to all 12 counts in 2019.

It’s not clear what happened at the hearing Monday (Oct. 18), but she’s scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 25.

Back in 2018, Cardi B was accused of setting up an assault against two bartenders, the Wattley sisters, at a Flushing, Queens strip club in 2018. There was speculation that one of them was having an affair with Cardi B’s husband, Offset.

One of the sisters is allegedly Jade, who is dating rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine.

The plaintiffs claim that Cardi B and two of her close friends, Tawana Jackson-Morel and Jeffrey Bush, threw bottles and drinks at them during the melee. One of the Wattley sisters alleges that someone on Cardi B’s side shoved her head into the bar.

The sisters claim that Cardi B orchestrated the moment via social media where she and her friends allegedly planned the details of the attack.

Cardi B could get four years behind bars if convicted.

She appeared to address the ongoing legal woes on Twitter earlier this year.
