The source claims Wendy
“is OK with everything that has happened up until this point with the show.”
The source also says she is
“extremely happy and focused on new beginnings and being in the most amazing position in life.”
According to the source, Wendy Williams is ready to find love again! They explained,
“Wendy wants to fall in love and knows that’s exactly what she deserves after dedicating 37 years of her life to radio and television…She deserves everything she wants and she is looking forward to getting exactly that.”

As previously reported, Wendy Williams divorced ex- Kevin Hunter in 2019 after news broke that he was expecting a baby with his alleged long-time mistress Sharina Hudson. He was fired from the “Wendy Show” following his separation from his famous wife. Kevin recently sued the production company for $10 million, claiming wrongful termination.
Responding to the shows finale, which aired today (June 17th), Kevin Hunter stated:
“I feel like it is a travesty on the part of Debmar-Mercury to have such an unceremonious departure without Wendy being involved.”
He continued:
“It is the first time in the history of talk shows for this to be done, especially for a show that has been on for more than 10 years….There is absolutely no reason why a bigger celebration that involved Wendy couldn’t happen.”

While the ending of The Wendy Williams Show is bittersweet, it appears Wendy is already looking forward to her future endeavors. According to her manager Will Selby, Wendy Williams wants to produce a full “Wendy” experience podcast featuring her favorite artists from the music industry, fashion, food, and more. However, she agreed to be open to appearing as a guest on talk shows or reality shows like “The View” or the “Real Housewives” series.
Selby stated Wendy hasn’t decided if she’s going to partner with a single platform, like Apple or Spotify, or release it independently. There is no date set yet for the podcast debut.
