On Monday (Sept. 12) actor Damson Idris took to Instagram to share that he was denied entry after trying to attend a HBO Party. On his Instagram story, Damson Idris said:
“Just showed up to a HBO party and was turned away for not being on the list lol.”
The 31-year-old continued:
“No juice.”

Snowfall has been a well known television series since its debut back in 2017. Damson plays and embodied main character, Franklin Saint. As previously reported, you can be famous worldwide but there might be someone out there who doesn’t have a clue who you are. For example, Denzel Washington had no clue who the British actor was. In an interview last year, acting mogul Denzel Washington was asked if he thought Damson is one of the leaders of the new black renaissance of TV and film. Denzel Washington replied:
“Who are you talking about?”
The interviewer explained to the 67-year-old that Damson is usually compared to him and is most known for his great acting on the Snowfall. He continued,
“I don’t know who that is.”
He added:
“No disrespect, Damson.”
