Chris Rock — ‘RHONY’ Star Eboni K. Williams Accuses Comedian of ‘Shucking & Jiving’ For White Claps at Recent Show

Eboni K. Williams is no longer supporting Chris Rock.

The television host and Real Housewives of New York star, uploaded a clip from her most recent Holding Court episode to her Instagram account on Wednesday (October 12), in which she discussed her weekend experience seeing a Chris Rock show.

Eboni K. Williams said,

“I had a very interested weekend. It started by me attending the Chris Rock show by myself.”

She continued,

“I have been a lifelong Chris Rock comedy fan. For me, Chris Rock is done. Chris Rock was so clearly shucking and jiving. He was so clearly curtailing his bits for white claps. It was just full on, unapologetically anti-Black. This Black a*s man was sitting in this auditorium, basically what he said was ‘I’m Black but I’m not a [blank]. I left halfway. I was disappointed, I was hungry. …I left there thinking, he need to be slapped one more time.”

Eboni K. Williams makes reference in her post to the infamous Academy Awards incident in which Will Smith slapped Chris Rock for comparing his wife, Jada Pinkett-Smith, to G.I. Jane because of her shaved head. Williams added in her caption that Rock is no longer a credible cultural contributor in her opinion.

She said,

“At this point…Chris Rock needs to be slapped again. Where is Big Willie when you need him?”
