Shanquella Robinson – Mexican Prosecutors Issue Arrest Warrant For Friend As ‘Case Is Fully Clarified’: It Wasn’t A Quarrel, But Instead A Direct Aggression

Authorities continue to work on getting to the bottom of Shanquella Robinson’s death.

According to reports, Mexican prosecutors have issued an arrest warrant for one of the friends seemingly involved in Shanquella Robinson’s death.

Daniel de la Rosa Anaya, a local prosecutor for the state of Baja California Sur, said,

“This case is fully clarified, we even have a court order, there is an arrest warrant issued for the crime of femicide to the detriment of the victim and against an alleged perpetrator, a friend of her who is the direct aggressor.”

He continued,

“Actually it wasn’t a quarrel, but instead a direct aggression. We are carrying out all the pertinent procedures such as the Interpol alert and the request for extradition to the United States of America. It’s about two Americans, the victim and the culprit.”

This statement follows recent reports that claim Shanquella Robinson may have been alive and received care from a local doctor for several hours before authorities arrived and she was pronounced dead. Allegedly, despite the medical professional initially asking to treat Robinson at their clinic, her friends refused, claiming Robinson had drunk too much alcohol.

As previously reported, In October, Robinson left Charlotte, North Carolina to go on a trip with friends to Cabo, Mexico, and 24 hours later she was dead. According to Robinson’s mother, Salamondra Robinson, she was initially informed her daughter suffered from alcohol poisoning during the Mexico trip.

However, it appears that was a lie. Video footage has surfaced online that seemingly shows Robinson being brutally beaten by another woman speculated to be her friend. Allegedly, in the shocking video, one of the witnesses of the harsh attack can be heard saying,

“Quella can you at least fight back, do something.”

In addition, reports claim that the autopsy obtained by Robinson’s mother stated that she had a

“severe spinal cord injury and atlas luxation.”

While speaking with ABC news about the recently issued arrest warrant, Robinson’s mother said,

“I feel so good, that’s a good feeling. That’s what we have been waiting for, for someone to finally be held accountable and arrested. I just can’t wait for justice to be served.”
