As you may know, Jennifer Husdon’s show features celebrity interviews, topical stories, community heroes, music and more. Hearst Television also decided to renew the show for season two, which covers more than 60% of the country alongside Fox. As previously reported, EGOT winner Jennifer Hudson, 41, talk show debuted as last year’s #1 first-run series for the premiere week of September 12 with households and total viewers.

“Sherri” on the other hand is cleared in 98% of the country, including Cox, Sinclair, and Nexstar broadcast groups. According to reports, Sherri Shepherd, 55, holds the number one new nationally syndicated daytime talk show from Lionsgate’s Debmar-Mercury. During the talk show, the entertainer offers her opinion on entertainment news, pop culture, and trending topics. The series also features celebrity interviews.
As previously reported, “Sherri” took over the time slot for “The Wendy Williams Show,” which came to an end in June 2022, after 14 years. Producers hired Sherri Shepherd to guest host Wendy Williams’ show while the “how you doin’?” host was absent from her iconic purple chair as she battled Graves’s disease (an autoimmune disorder).
