LaNisha Cole does not have a bun in the oven.
Model LaNisha Cole, who gave birth to Nick Cannon’s ninth child, Onyx, in the fall, has shut down rumors of her currently being pregnant by the television host. On Thursday (Feb. 2) LaNisha Cole took to her Instagram story and wrote:
“No I’m not pregnant again. You guys are so used to SnapBack culture that you can’t let a woman be at peace with not losing her baby weight in a week.”
The 40-year-old continued:
“My body is bigger and I’m not in any rush to lose the weight. It’ll come off in due time. Until then there’s just more of me to love lol.”
In the following post, the actress quipped, in a subsequent selfie-style video, that she’s “thicker in the face” and “thicker in the waist.” In the video she said:
“I haven’t been working out like I used to just because I’ve been busy taking care of the empress and working.”
She concluded:
“I’ll work out again when [Onyx] allows me to.”
Cole and Nick Cannon, 42, made headlines after they announced their daughter’s arrival last September. As previously reported, Nick Cannon, 42, is the dad to twins Monroe and Moroccan with ex-wife Mariah Carey. He shares sons Golden, Rise, and daughter Powerful, with Brittany Bell. With Abby De La Rosa, the comedian shares daughter Beautiful, and twins Zion and Zillion, In addition, Nick shares son Legendary with model Bre Tiesi and Onyx, with Cole. In December he welcomed his second baby, Halo, with model Alyssa Scott. Unfortunately, the co-parents’ first child, son Zen, died from brain cancer at 5 months old in December 2020.
