Tia Mowry & Estranged Husband Cory Hardrict Close To Finalizing Divorce

Actress Tia Mowry and her estranged husband Cory Hardrict are close to finalizing their divorce.

According to court RadarOnline.com, Tia Mowry has informed the court that she has turned over all required bank and tax statements to Cory Hardrict.

Tia has also provided her ex with a list of her income and expenses per month. The move indicates that the two are near the end of their negotiations and the case will soon come to a close.

As previously reported,  the “Sister Sister” actress announced in October 2022 that after 14 years of marriage she and Cory Hardrict would be calling it quits.

Tia took to social media to share the news with her fans.

She said,

“I wanted to share that Cory and I have decided to go our separate ways. These decisions are never easy, and not without sadness. We will maintain friendship as we co-parent our beautiful children.”

In her petition, Tia cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split.

Tia requested joint legal and physical custody of their two children, Cree, 11, and Cairo, 4. She also requested the prohibition against either party receiving spousal support.

Cory on the other hand publicly denounced the divorce. He said on Instagram Live,

“I love my beautiful family, I love my kids, love my wife. Love all you guys. It’s all love.”

In response to Tia’s petition, Cory said he’s in agreement with the joint custody of their kids, however, he had an issue when it came to spousal support. Reportedly, Cory asked the court to terminate Tia’s right to spousal support.

Furthermore, he noted that he wanted the court to determine

“the validity of the prenuptial agreement dated April 14, 2008, and/or that any provisions are unconscionable.”
