Chloe Bailey Says ‘Nothing Was Seen That They Haven’t Seen From Me’ While Reacting To Backlash From ‘Swarm’ Sex Scene
Multi-talented entertainer Chloe Bailey seems unconcerned with recent online backlash.
After some social media users trolled the singer for her sex scene in the recently released Amazon series “Swarm,” Chloe Bailey said she’s not doing anything she hasn’t already done.
The 24-year-old was asked about viewer reactions to the spicy moment with “Snowfall” actor Damson Idris while visiting Big Boy’s radio show recently. Speaking about the critics, Chloe Bailey stated:
“I’m an actress, you know. And I feel like it’s about art,”
She continued:
“I think people are actually forgetting the plot of that scene. It’s not about seeing me in the mirror…But I think because it’s me doing it, that’s what kind of makes it blow out of proportion; but I’m barely seen for two seconds in that.”
Prior to the release of the series, which stars Dominique Fishback as the lead, the “Grownish” alum gushed about falling in love with the script, but subsequently being nervous about the nude moment. She told an interviewer:
“When I first read the script I was like ‘oh this is insane, this is incredible’ and then I cried. Then I realized ‘you gotta do that sex scene girl.’”

However, the TV star shared that Damson Idris made the situation incredibly comfortable, adding:
“There were limited people on set. It was a closed set. We were laughing in between. We had a bouncy ball in between us and we were making a joke out of it, so it took all of the nervousness away from that.”
Doubling down in the interview with Big Boy, Chloe continued, adding that people need to recognize her womanhood. She stated:
“I’m an actress. I was doing my job and I think, people just kind gotta remember I’m an adult and I’m an artist and nothing was seen that they haven’t seen from me…you didn’t see a nipple…nothing.”
“Swarm” is now streaming on Amazon.
