Kenya Moore — ‘RHOA’ Star’s Estranged Husband Marc Daly Wants Her Held In Contempt For Having Daughter, 4, Present During ‘RHOA’ Altercation

Kenya Moore and Marc Daly are still going through a bitter divorce process.

According to RadarOnline, Marc Daly is not happy that the couple’s four-year-old Brooklyn was in the room asleep when Real Housewives of Atlanta star Marlo Hampton tried to kick down the door of Kenya Moore’s hotel room. After learning of their daughter’s presence during the intense scene, Marc Daly ordered the reality star to be held in contempt of court.

Kenya Moore argued for primary custody of their daughter before filing for divorce from Marc Daly in August 2021. Her estranged husband fought to have Brooklyn removed from RHOA as part of the litigation.

The parties ultimately decided that Kenya would have sole custody of Brooklyn and Marc would receive visitation. The judge contended that the child could appear on RHOA, albeit with limitations, as he was “not convinced, and no evidence has been shown,” that Kenya would put Brooklyn in “any environment that might not be in the minor child’s best interest, or may in any way be considered dangerous or inappropriate.”

The judge stipulated that Kenya would ultimately determine whether to put Brooklyn on RHOA or for any other economic opportunities, but she has to consult with Marc in the process. According to the court order,

“[Kenya] shall notify [Marc] of any opportunity where the minor child will appear on camera and shall advise [Marc] of the content of appearance; the minor child will only be involved in opportunities that are age appropriate.”

In his recently submitted motion, Marc claimed that Kenya disobeyed the court’s directive by filming a Home Run Inn Pizza commercial that prominently featured Brooklyn without discussing it with him. He allegedly found out about the advertisement online.

Marc also accused Kenya of failing to adhere to the court’s ruling that he be allowed daily telephonic or video visitation with Brooklyn. He claimed to have spoken to Brooklyn just twice in June, and said his soon-to-be-ex-wife refuses to “cooperate with in-person visits.”

Kenya and Marc will square off in court later this month, and he requested she be required to cover his legal costs for the most recent motion.
