Prior to giving his sermon at his mega church The Potter’s House, T.D. Jakes stated:

He added:
“I will not use this sacred day and this sacred pulpit to address a lie when I have the chance to preach a truth..but there will be a time!”
Jakes’ remarks come on the heels of a circulating internet report that the bishop was one of many high profile celebrities who took part in Sean ‘Diddy‘ Combs’ sex parties. If you call, the REVOLT founders ex-girlfriend, Cassandra ‘Cassie‘ Ventura, spoke about the alleged events in the 35 page sexual assault lawsuit she filed against him earlier this year. In the legal documents, the “Me & U” singer claimed Diddy would host parties called “freak offs” where people would come to have sex and do drugs. She additionally claimed that she was regularly given an excessive amount of narcotics and alcohol and was forced to have intimate relations with male prostitutes during the events for Diddy’s pleasure.
Jakes‘ name entered the conversation after a YouTuber recently claimed to have an inside scoop about the aftermath of the case. The individual stated that subsequent filing her complaint, Cassie submitted audio/video recording’s of the sex parties and that several of the male sex workers confirmed that the preacher was in attendance. Additionally, the individual says that a former member of Jakes‘ church is also prepping for a lawsuit against the spiritual leader, claiming that he was forced to perform sex acts on Jakes‘ when he was just 16-years-old. Allegedly, the man’s parents took financial compensation to cover the situation up at the time and is now seeking retribution for himself.
However, Jakes‘ team immediately put out a statement, vehemently denying the rumors, stating:
“Recent claims circulating on pockets of social media about Bishop T.D. Jakes are unequivocally false and baseless…What has always been true, in the words of the late Pastor Charles H. Spurgeon, ‘If you want the truth to go round the world you must hire an express train to pull it; but if you want a lie to go round the world it will fly; it is as light as a feather, and a breath will carry it.'”
Adding:
“[It’s] disheartening to witness the proliferation of numerous deepfake photos and the distortion of words through false, sensationalized misrepresentations, encapsulating purported statements to falsely speculate and attack others, including Bishop Jakes…The Bible teaches us the importance of compassion and care for others, especially those who may be marginalized or in need.”
And concluded:
“Chairman Jakes undeterred by false, perverse, ignorant, and conspiratorial speculations will persevere in his continued dedication to create meaningful change for millions around the globe guided by the timeless principles of compassion, service, and ministry.”
There have been no verifiable sources to confirm there is any truth to the rumors at this time.
