DJ Akademiks Claims Drake Had No Idea Where Kendrick Lamar’s Claim Of Him Having An 11-Year-Old Daughter Came From

DJ Akademiks has added a new layer to the Drake and Kendrick Lamar saga.

He recently claimed that Drake didn’t actually know where the allegations of him having a daughter came from in Kendrick Lamar’s diss tracks towards him.

As you may already know, rapper Kendrick Lamar, 36, took aim at fellow rapper Drake, 37, in his latest diss songs “Meet the Grahams” and “Not Like Us,” with both records dropping earlier this month. In the respective tracks, the LA rapper accused Drake of dating minors and hiding an 11-year-old daughter.

As a response, Drake, real name Aubrey Graham, released his diss track “The Heart Part 6,” which featured the rapper/singer debunking the claims in Kendrick Lamar’s records. Drake also alleged that he and his team purposely fed Kendrick false information about him having a daughter.

However, during a recent live stream with hip-hop commentator DJ Akademiks, he revealed that he spoke with Drake’s team directly, and the Canadian artist had no idea where Kendrick’s claim of him having a daughter came from, seemingly indicating that Drake might’ve lied about placing a mole in Kendrick’s camp.

DJ Akademiks said,

“When Drake says ‘he set it up,’ I’m taking that to be this 11-year-old daughter thing because from everybody I’ve talked to including Drake, we don’t even know where this came from and Kendrick said it so definitively. And that was supposed to be his biggest song which was supposed to be the biggest expose.”

The media personality added,

“I believe that the 11-year-old child thing by Drake was probably either fed to Kendrick, planted. I don’t know how. I’m a be honest I don’t know how, but that is my theory.”
