NYC Mayor Eric Adams ‘Likely’ To Face More Charges In Conspiracy, Wire Fraud & Bribery Indictment, Prosecutors Say
New York City Mayor Eric Adams could be hit with more charges in his ongoing conspiracy case.
Earlier today (Wednesday, October 2nd), prosecutor Hagan Scotten reportedly told a judge it’s “quite likely” that Eric Adams, as well as other individuals involved in his alleged schemes, will have more charges filed against them via a new indictment in the coming weeks.

As we’ve been covering, Eric Adams was charged with conspiracy, wire fraud and bribery last week. Prosecutors have accused him of taking improper gifts from foreign officials and businessmen, including accepting at least $123,000 in free, or heavily discounted hotels and flights throughout his time in various elected positions.
He’s additionally accused of fraudulently obtaining at least $10 million in public campaign funds and handing out favors in exchange for the gifts.
Adams has pleaded not guilty to all the charges. A judge ruled that he will maintain his freedom as the case moves forward.
