Regina Hall Trends As Fans Demand She Return For ‘Scary Movie’ Reboot
The public has made it clear that if Regina Hall isn’t part of the upcoming “Scary Movie” reboot, they don’t want it!
Social media users caused the actress to trend on X recently as they reacted to news that the franchise is officially returning with its original creators, The Wayans Brothers, at the helm.
As we previously covered, Marlon Wayans, along with several reports revealed yesterday (October 29th) that a new installment of the comedy slasher films is officially in the works.
Now, fans are demanding that several of its original cast members, specifically the iconic duo of Regina Hall and Anna Faris – who played Brenda Meeks, a parody of “Scream” hero, Randy Meeks and Cindy Campbell, a parody of the final girl, Sidney Prescott, in “Scream” respectively – reunite for the project.
While it doesn’t appear Regina Hall has reacted to the outcry at this time, Anna Faris has previously stated that one of her two conditions to return to the franchise is Hall’s participation.
