T.I. & Tiny Want Former Friend Sabrina Peterson Held In Contempt Over $100K Debt
T.I. and Tiny aren’t letting up on the settlement money their former pal Sabrina Peterson owes them.
In Touch recently obtained court documents filed by the couple’s lawyer where they urged a judge to hold Peterson in contempt and sanction her $1,000 each day she doesn’t pay on the debt.
Their lawyers wrote in the motion:
“Despite this court’s repeated orders that [Sabrina] pay [T.I. and Tiny] their statutory attorneys’ fees and costs, [Sabrina] has continuously and willfully refused to do so.”

Adding:
“Her blatant noncompliance with the orders not only demonstrates a disregard for the authority of this court but also imposes an unfair and ongoing financial burden on [T.I. and Tiny], who have been forced to expend additional resources to recover the attorney fees to which they are rightfully entitled.”
Peterson sued Clifford ‘T.I.’ Harris, 44, and Tameka ‘Tiny’ Harris, 49, back in 2021 over claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, intentional infliction of emotional distress and various other claims.
An appellate court judge ended up dismissing 5 of Peterson’s 7 claims against the spouses, ordering her to pay their $96,000 worth of legal fees.
A judge has not yet ruled on T.I. and Tiny’s latest motion.
