In 2019 6ix9ine was sentenced to two years in prison and five years of supervised release for testifying against the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods gang.
Reportedly, prosecutors are seeking 30 days behind bars for the violations. They’ve also reportedly asked that the celeb be given a new one-year term of supervised release — which will include 30 days of house arrest — and be forced to surrender his passport.
Additionally, the report says the government wants to continue drug testing 6ix9ine and for him to obtain the permission of his probation officer when traveling domestically.
