Tory Lanez Demands Woman Suing Him Over 2021 Car Accident Release Medical Records
Tory Lanez wants a judge to force the woman suing him over a 2021 car crash to release her medical records to him.
In Touch recently obtained a court motion filed on behalf of the jailed Canadian artist, real name Daystar Peterson, alleging the woman, Krishna Grullon, is stalling the release of the records to his legal team.
Grullon sued Lanez back in 2022, accusing him of sideswiping her vehicle while she was four months pregnant and failing to “maintain a proper lookout,” “use due car,” “yield,” and “obey a traffic signal.”

She additionally claims to have endured “pain and suffering, loss of past wages, loss of future earning capacity, mental anguish and loss of enjoyment of life” because of the crash and wants to hold Lanez responsible, who she says left the scene without ever getting out of his vehicle.
Lanez has continued to maintain his innocence in the case, with his lawyers claiming he was never involved in any accident in the first place.
Grullon, along with her relative Jesse Grullon who was in the passenger seat at the time, is suing Lanez for an undisclosed amount in damages.
A judge has not ruled on Lanez’s recent motion at the time of this writing.
