Diddy’s Lawyers Propose 24/7 Surveillance & No Cell Phone Access In Bail Request Update
Diddy’s legal team has provided an update for the judge reviewing his bail request.
Legal affairs journalist Meghann Cuniff posted on X that, according to the obtained court documents, a security professional is scheduled today (Nov. 26) to assess the location where Diddy proposes to stay while awaiting trial. The professional will focus on the placement of cameras and other security measures. In addition, the bail proposal includes a provision where Diddy will not have access to a cell phone. Instead, the cell phone will remain in the exclusive possession of the security detail, which will log all incoming and outgoing communications.
