Tony Rock Defends Brother Chris Rock For Walking Out During His Stand Up Set; Says People Who Record Comedians Are ‘F*ck*ng A**holes’
Chris Rock’s brother, Tony Rock, is defending him after Chris Rock faced backlash for storming out of a private event over the weekend.
Tony Rock, also a stand-up comedian, criticized fans who film comedians during their sets, calling them “f***ing a**holes.” He explained to TMZ that recording incomplete material is akin to serving unfinished food or selling an incomplete car.
The incident occurred at billionaire Anthony Pratt’s Christmas party, where Chris Rock left after confronting the audience for filming him, breaking a prior agreement. He was replaced on stage by Keith Urban, who performed for about an hour and a half.
“If you record it and put it up before the joke is perfected, it’s like a chef giving you a plate of food before it’s finished. It’s like buying a car before they’re done making it. You should wait for the finished product,” Tony explained.
Was Chris right for leaving?
