Diddy’s Son Justin Combs Is Facing $190K Lawsuit Over Unpaid Porsche Lease

Justin Combs is facing a legal battle over an unpaid Porsche lease.

According to court documents obtained by In Touch, Porsche Leasing is seeking a default judgment against Justin after he allegedly defaulted on payments for a 2022 Bentley Bentayga V8. Porsche claims that Justin, through his company JDC Holdings Group LLC, failed to make the required payments and has refused to return the car, which is reportedly stored at Diddy’s L.A. home.

The lawsuit, originally filed in June, states that Justin agreed to make 42 payments of $3,365.23 but stopped paying in December 2023. As of now, Porsche says there is an outstanding balance of $172,601.43, plus additional charges and interest, bringing the total owed to approximately $190,226.

While Justin’s attorney, Jeffrey Lichtman, previously explained that the missed payments were due to a change of address, sources close to Justin say he is taking immediate steps to resolve the issue.

A judge has yet to rule on the matter.
