DJ Akademiks Faces Backlash For Alleging Drake Helped LeBron James Cheat On His Wife

Some X users were not here for DJ Akademiks’ remarks about Drake allegedly facilitating hookups for LeBron James during his visits to Canada.

After the podcaster claimed he “heard” that Drake and LeBron used to go on “two-mans,” some social media users blasted Akademiks for spreading unverified information. One user even called him

“one of the worst things to happen to Hip Hop and new media.”

Akademiks’ allegations came after Drake dropped the freestyle “Fighting Irish,” which many speculated was a diss track aimed at LeBron.

In the song, Drake rapped about falling out with someone he was once close to and hinted at potentially “tarnishing your public image.”
