Diddy’s Lawyers Argue ‘Freak Off’ Videos Prove His Innocence, Claiming They Show ‘Fully’ Consensual S*x Between Adults

Lawyers for Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs claim that the “Freak Off” videos submitted in his ongoing sex trafficking case actually serve as proof of his innocence.

Legal affairs journalist Meghann Cuniff reported on a motion filed by Diddy’s attorneys earlier today (Jan. 14), revealing they’re requesting electronic copies of the prosecution’s videos.

They wrote in the motion,

“The nine videos at issue are the so-called ‘Freak Off’ tapes with Victim-1 that the government has repeatedly referenced, causing wild speculation in the media. Contrary to what the government has led this Court and the public to believe, the so-called ‘Freak Offs’ were private s*xual activity between fully consenting adults in a long-term relationship.”

The attorneys continued:

“There are no secret cameras, no orgies, no other celebrities involved, no underground tunnels, no minors, and not so much as a hint of coercion or violence. The videos show adults having consensual s*x, plain and simple.”

As reported, Diddy remains in custody awaiting his trial, set to begin in May, on charges related to sexual abuse, violence, and trafficking.

The hip-hop mogul is also facing multiple civil suits, with the most recent filed yesterday (Jan. 13), from victims alleging abuse during his decades-long career.

It has not been reported whether a judge has responded to the motion.
