Amazon Releases First Trailer For Action-Thriller ‘G20,’ Starring Viola Davis As The U.S. President Alongside Anthony Anderson & Marsai Martin

Amazon Prime Video has released the first trailer for its upcoming action thriller “G20,” starring Viola Davis, Anthony Anderson, and Marsai Martin.

In the movie, U.S. President Taylor Sutton (Davis) must outsmart terrorists after the G20 summit in Cape Town, South Africa is violently seized by a group led by Rutledge (Antony Starr). Their plan—codenamed Project Deepfake—aims to destabilize global financial markets. With her husband (Anderson), daughter (Martin), and son (Christopher Farrar) also attending the summit, President Sutton must fight to protect her family while defending her country.

Directed by Patricia Riggen, the film is produced by Davis alongside her husband, Julius Tennon.

G20 premieres on Amazon Prime Video on April 10, 2025.
