Tom Cruise Praises Michael B. Jordan: ‘He’s Enormously Talented […] I Really Respect Him’
Tom Cruise is giving Michael B. Jordan his flowers.
While speaking to PEOPLE at the NYC premiere of Mission: Impossible The Final Reckoning, Cruise opened up about inviting Jordan to the film’s London red carpet and expressed major admiration for both him and Sinners director Ryan Coogler:
“Oh listen, it’s wonderful to see him. Really, he’s enormously talented, and what he and Ryan Coogler do together… he’s a great actor. He’s dedicated to his brand. I really respect him. Respect Coogler, I love that film. I love the films that they make. It’s brilliant, you know, big cinema.”

Cruise continued,
“I admire what they do and I love to see people do well in life. That is a thing that I work very hard to do, all I can to help people and see them do well. Filmmakers, actors, people know always my door’s always open.”
Jordan showed love to Cruise in an Instagram post after attending the London premiere:
“I was too young to see the first Mission Impossible in the theater, but now I get a chance to watch the final one… in IMAX!!!! Much love @tomcruise.”
