Barack Obama’s Secret Service Officers Suspended Over Alleged Fight Outside His D.C. Home
An altercation outside Barack Obama’s Washington, D.C. home has led to two Secret Service officers being suspended.
According to officials, the incident occurred around 2:30 a.m. on May 21 and allegedly involved a physical confrontation between two Uniformed Division officers assigned to the former president’s protective detail.
In an audio recording, one officer can be heard saying a supervisor needed to respond before “I whoop this girl’s a**.” Moments later, the two female officers were seen shoving and punching each other in a video released by RealClearPolitics.

In a full statement, the Secret Service said:
“The U.S. Secret Service is aware of an on-duty altercation that occurred between two Uniformed Division officers at approximately 2:30 a.m. on May 21. The individuals involved were suspended from duty and this matter is the subject of an internal investigation. The Secret Service has a very strict code of conduct for all employees and any behavior that violates that code is unacceptable.”
