Rasheeda & Kirk Frost Send A Message To Their Haters: ‘Find Time To Enjoy Your Life’
Love & Hip Hop couple Rasheeda and Kirk Frost had a few words for their critics.
In a recent post, the reality stars, who have been married for 25 years, addressed the ongoing chatter surrounding their relationship, thanking their haters for unintentionally helping them build a successful platform.
After Rasheeda remarked that they’re “the couple you love to hate,” Kirk added:
“Thanks for the support. Even the haters, you helped us get in a position to be here. The hate definitely fuels the fire.”

He went on to offer some advice to the naysayers, continuing:
“But I just want to be like… man, find time to enjoy your life, because if you’re sitting at home… you’re miserable, ’cause you’re at home by yourself.”
Although the post didn’t call anyone out by name, it came just days after their former LHHATL co-star K. Michelle threw shade at them. During her visit to Cam Newton’s Funky Fridays podcast, K. Michelle referenced the couple, saying:
“They’ve been married forever and they’re miserable.”
What are your thoughts on Kirk and Rasheeda’s message?
