Rosie O’Donnell Calls Out Oprah Winfrey For Attending Jeff Bezos’ Wedding + Claims Amazon Founder ‘Sold His Soul’: ‘The Devil Is Smiling’

Rosie O’Donnell is not too happy with Oprah Winfrey for attending Jeff Bezos’ ultra-luxurious wedding.

In a candid Instagram post, Rosie expressed her disappointment over the “gross excess” of Bezos and Lauren Sánchez’s recent ceremony, which reportedly cost around $50 million. She wrote:

“The BEZOS wedding. It turned my stomach. Seeing all these billionaires. Gathering in the gross excess of it all.”

She then singled out Oprah, questioning her connection to the Amazon founder, continuing:

“Is Oprah friends with Jeff Bezos? Really – how is that possible? He treats his employees with disdain. By any metric, he is not a nice man.”

Rosie also took aim at Sánchez and suggested Bezos had “sold his soul,” adding:

“The devil is smiling at all his conquests.”

Her comments come as social media users and celebs alike have expressed frustrations over the star-studded celebration in Italy, with critics slamming the extravagant display of wealth. Some notable guests included members of the Kardashian family, Leonardo DiCaprio, Usher, and Tom Brady.
