Donald Trump Says Jimmy Kimmel & Jimmy Fallon Will Soon ‘Be Gone’ Following CBS Canceling ‘The Late Show w/ Stephen Colbert’
Donald Trump is doubling down on his late-night takedown.
Following the sudden cancellation of The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, the president hopped on Truth Social to gloat and set his sights on who’s next:
“The word is, and it’s a strong word at that, Jimmy Kimmel is NEXT to go in the untalented Late Night Sweepstakes and, shortly thereafter, [Jimmy] Fallon will be gone.”
Trump added:
“These are people with absolutely NO TALENT, who were paid Millions of Dollars for, in all cases, destroying what used to be GREAT Television. It’s really good to see them go, and I hope I played a major part in it!”

CBS canceled The Late Show last week, citing “financial reasons.” The decision comes as Colbert has been openly critical of Donald Trump’s administration, which is currently overseeing the pending approval of Skydance Media’s acquisition of Paramount Global, CBS’s parent company.
