Stefon Diggs Given 14 Days To Explain His Relationship With A$$ault Accuser Christopher Blake Griffith

Stefon Diggs is facing a court-imposed deadline as his civil battle with s*xual a$$ault accuser Christopher Blake Griffith continues to unfold, TMZ reports.

A federal judge has ordered the NFL free agent to provide more detail about how he knows Griffith, ruling that Diggs’ previous description of him as an “acquaintance” was not enough. According to the June 3 order, Diggs must submit a “truthful, complete, and non-evasive response” within 14 days or risk sanctions.

The judge also directed Diggs to give fuller answers about his interactions with Griffith in May 2023 and identify who was at his Rockville, Maryland, home around that time. However, Diggs will not have to answer questions about alleged prior possession or distribution of controlled substances.

Griffith, a clothing designer who worked with Diggs’ fashion label Liem Homme, accuses him of dr*gging and s*xually a$$aulting him on May 22, 2023. Diggs has denied the allegation and filed a defamation lawsuit.

Griffith’s attorney Jake Lebowitz said, “Mr. Griffith is looking forward to showing the world in Court that regardless of the fairy tale fabricated by Mr. Diggs’ high-priced New York Lawyers, he is the victim of Mr. Diggs’ unwanted s*xual advances and his brother’s v*olent att*cks.”
