Lions Terrion Arnold Arrested, Facing Multiple Charges After Allegedly Ordering Associates To Rob, P!stol-Whip & Hold Men At G*npoint In Revenge Setup

#DetroitLions cornerback Terrion Arnold is in serious legal trouble, and it all apparently started with his missing belongings. Arnold voluntarily surrendered to Florida authorities after a warrant was issued for his arrest in connection with a robbery and kidnapping in #Tampa. According to a press release from the Hillsborough County State Attorney’s Office, Arnold faces multiple felony charges carrying a potential sentence of up to life in prison. Prosecutors allege he originally reported to the Largo Police Department that $200,000 worth of personal items had been stolen from an Airbnb he owned — and then, within hours of filing that theft report, allegedly began orchestrating his own retaliation.

According to the police report, three men were lured to an apartment, p!stol-whipped, interrogated about the theft, and held at g*npoint while one of the alleged aggressors filmed the ordeal on FaceTime. Arnold is accused of “coordinating and directing” the entire setup. He and four co-defendants are currently being held without bond.

State Attorney Suzy Lopez was blunt in her assessment: “No one has the right to take the law into their own hands. A dispute over missing property does not justify kidnapping, violence, or retaliation.” #TerrionArnold’s camp pushed back firmly, with his management company issuing a statement calling the evidence non-credible and asserting the government is relying on testimony from convicted felons with incentives to shift blame.

The Lions, meanwhile, said only that they are aware of the situation and would not comment out of respect for the legal process.
