[UPDATE] Cassie Scores Major Court Win As Judge Tosses All Claims From Ex-Male Escort Alleging She Dr”gged Him & Gave Him An STD

#Cassie just notched a win in the legal fight with one of the former male escorts who sued over the so-called freak-offs involving her and her ex, #Diddy.

Court documents obtained by TMZ show a federal judge threw out every claim Clayton Howard brought against her — though the ruling leaves a door cracked open, allowing him to amend some of those claims and possibly revive part of the case. ICYMI: Howard had sued both Cassie and Diddy, alleging he came away with damages including psychological injuries after taking part in the s3xual encounters. He also alleged that Cassie coerced him into taking ecstasy, gave him an STD, and secretly aborted his child.

Cassie, however, claimed Howard only filed after learning she’d settled with Diddy for $20 million. She also pointed to a text Howard sent her husband, Alex Fine, before that settlement — a message in which he called her truth “100% valid” and said he was glad she’d gotten some measure of justice. Howard countered that the text proves nothing. Diddy, for his part, has denied all claims of wrongdoing.
