Jodeci Singer Dalvin DeGrate Asks Fans To Pray For TLC’s T-Boz Amid Health Concerns: ‘Ask God To Touch Her & Heal Her’

Jodeci singer Dalvin DeGrate is calling on fans to lift TLC’s T-Boz in prayer as the R&B legend continues dealing with health concerns.

In an Instagram video shared Tuesday, September 1, DeGrate asked supporters to keep Tionne “T-Boz” Watkins covered spiritually.

“Ask God To Touch Her & Heal Her,” he said, directing fans to pray for the TLC singer.

His message comes days after T-Boz missed TLC’s August 27 concert at Saratoga Performing Arts Center in New York. Chilli performed without her longtime groupmate and told the crowd T-Boz was experiencing a sickle cell flare-up. A review of the show said Chilli carried the set solo, while some of T-Boz’s vocals were played from prerecorded tracks.

T-Boz has long been open about living with sickle cell disease, which has caused painful health crises and hospital stays throughout her life. She also survived a benign brain tumor that required surgery and years of recovery.

In 2024, Watkins was hospitalized with an abdominal blockage caused by scar tissue from a decades-old surgery, forcing TLC to cancel shows.

For now, DeGrate’s plea has fans sending prayers as T-Boz works through another health setback.
