Looks like #JonathanSoto won’t be getting out anytime soon.

WSB-TV reporter Tyisha Fernandes is setting the record straight after claims surfaced that m*rder suspect Soto had been granted a $1 million bond. “I can tell you that that’s not true,” Fernandes stated while sharing court documents confirming that Soto was denied bond.

ICYMI: After more than three years on the run, Soto, who was previously listed among Atlanta’s Top 10 Most Wanted, was captured on September 23, 2026, in Jacksonville, Florida. He is accused of fatally shooting popular Atlanta lounge owner Michael Gidewon outside Republic Lounge in February 2023. Authorities reportedly tracked Soto to an apartment complex, where a SWAT team forced its way inside after he allegedly refused to surrender. Soto was ultimately taken into custody and remains behind bars ahead of his November 19 pretrial hearing.
