According to TMZ,the deal that will allow concert goers to see Britney Spears AND Nicki Minaj in concert is finalized. Initially, Enrique Iglasias was opening for Spears, but now Minaj will be his replacement. Waiting for an official statement from Spears’ camp. Sidebar: can you imagine the teeny-boppers at this concert? They will be in absolute rainbow heaven!
