Kanye West Returns to Twitter for “Watch the Throne” Promotion

Kanye West, who hasn’t tweeted since March 15th returned to Twitter. Why, you might ask. To announce a few (very few) “Watch the Throne” details. The album can now be pre-ordered (Delux CD or MP3 or Standard CD or MP3). So although the album didn’t drop on July 4th, we at least got a cover (yawn) and an opportunity to order it (yay!).
