Folks are still stopping and staring at the dress that Serena Williams rocked at the ESPY awards. Rocking a dress by Rachel Roy and gold Christian Louboutin’s her T & A, stole the show. BTW, although no one seems to remember or care, she took home the  ESPY award for best female tennis player.
