Beyonce Launches New Site + Confesses Blue Ivy Was Named After A Tree

Beyonce, who hasn’t tweeted a d@mn thing, since her twitter page has been opened, sent out her first tweet out Thursday a.m.

The new and improved site features the traditional news and music tabs, along with an entertaining tab for fans called the ‘Beyhive’. In this Beyhive, Beyonce shares an endearing dictionary which categorizes the type of fan you are: The HoneyBeys, The Bumble Beys and The Digger Beys.

She also shares candid footage of why she and Jay decided to name their daughter Blue Ivy. In the clip, Jay is holding the camera and she tells him,

“I woke up this morning, and I took a walk and I saw this beautiful Blue Ivy tree…”
