Amber Rose Remembers Being A Video Model, “I wasn’t shaking my a**… doing any ratchedness” + How She Feels About Kanye’s S/O to Wiz

In her interview with the Life Files, over lunch (at Bar Pitti), Amber Rose talks new projects, what motivated her new blonde wig game, her blinged out engagement ring, why she’s decided against an album, advice for video models and Kanye rhyming about her and Wiz on”Cold”. Peep a few excerpts:

On if she styles herself:

I do have a team of people…I ask their opinion, but at the end of the day it’s what I feel like doing that day.

On what inspired her new hair style:

I always wanted to be a blonde when I had no hair. My hairs really, realy dark naturally. I wanted to try something new and fun and exciting. No crazy colors.

[When witnessing her ring for the first time, Amber joked to the interviewer —-> “Blind yo ass..”].

On what she hates about being Amber Rose:

I don’t hate being myself. Sometimes I hate what the media tries to portray me as…they try to portray me as other things. But my fans, they know who I really am. That’s all that matters.

On if she plans to put an album out:

I’ve been approached by labels already… I got engaged, so my priorities kinda changed, a litle bit. I’m not sure if I’m going to do an entire album right now.

On if a career as a Video Models is a dead end:

It’s obviously not a dead end, because I’m still around. My life is probably one in a billion, but I hafta be honest. Whe I did videos, I wasn’t shaking my ass in a video, I wasn’t doing any ratchedness. I kept it classy. I did interviews w/ Fab, Young Jeezy, Chris Brown…I did a video w/ Juelz Santana and these girls hafta understand that it’s a job…that’s why to this day, they respect me so much. I did my job…I got my check and went home.

On Kanye West rhyming about Wiz Khalifa and Amber in “Way Too Cold” or “Cold” (or whatever the hell he changed the song to again):

Ummm, IDK. I really don’t know Kanye as a person anymore. I don’t know him anymore. It’s been almost two yers. At first I didn’t understand. I took it as a positve at the end. I feel like it’s cool . He respects Wiz, as he should. Kanye is just my ex boyfriend, we weren’t married, we don’t have children together…we’re both really happy.
