About a month ago Kimmy tweeted,

“#ReturnoftheQueenTour rehearsals with my new Boyfriend. Lol !!!”

Photogs caught Lil Kim and ole boy named “Mr. Papers’” getting a quick smooch in while getting their party on. Cute couple, right?!
