[Video] Prince Debuts New Afro on ‘The View’

This week, Prince (real name Prince Rogers Nelson) took his talents to ‘The View’ to discuss his new ‘Welcome to Chicago’ tour at the United Center. Previously in NYC and Los Angeles, his new stop (like the other cities) are used to support Rebuild the Dream, an organization seeking to help fix the U.S. economy and protect the middle class and poor through outreach, education, rallies and lobbying. And while we love community dopeness (Van and Rosario Dawson have lent their celebrity as well), we couldn’t help but notice the new afro that Prince was sporting. As you know, for years, Prince has pushed the fashion and hair envelope–rocking everything to chaps, heels, baby hair while showing off his killer abs, often chest naked.
