[Video] Deion & Pilar Sanders Return to Court, Court Upholds Deion’s Prenup Agreement

This week, the public divorce drama between former NFL’er Deion Sanders and his estranged wife, Pilar, continues. Wednesday morning, both sides returned to court for a judge to address the couple’s prenuptial agreement. Here’s a brief backstory on their prenuptial agreement. The attorney representing Pilar 1999, said that Deion agreed to give her an additional $100,000 in a “signing bonus” for their prenuptial agreement. Deion allegs that Pilar requested the bonus in order to sign the prenuptial agreement. The 1999 attorney that was involved in their agreement, said that he was present when the couple entered into the agreement. The agreement was signed on April 19, 1999. The couple married two days later. Fast forward to the present day and Pilar wanted the agreement to be thrown out, but in order for it to be thrown out, she (Pilar) would have had to prove fraud, or that she was forced into signing the agreement. Long story short, Wednesday afternoon, the judge ruled the prenup will stand. Now what? Deion continues to have temporary custody of his two sons (he’s had them since May), while Pilar keeps their daughter. Deion has also been ordered to pay $4,500 monthly in child support. The court will continue arbitration between both sides. Peep the footage.
