[INTERVIEW] Exclusive: Nicole Murphy On Why Fiancé Michael Strahan Stays Off ‘Hollywood Exes’ + Does She Feel Pressured to Get Married?

Nicole Murphy: No, you ain’t seeing Michael up there. No, I mean he has all this other stuff going on, he’s on ‘The Kelly and Michael Show’, ‘Good Morning America’, he don’t need to be on no more shows. LOL.

theJasmineBRAND: So you guys have been engaged for a while, do you feel that Hollywood pressure to get married quicker?

I’m not under the pressure. It seems like everyone else is. Everyone’s like ‘You all together?’, ‘What’s going on?’ , ‘How come I haven’t seen you post a picture of him?’. And I’m like, ‘It’s none of ya’ll’s business at this point.’ I’m good!

theJasmineBRAND: What’s one of the biggest lessons that you’ve learned about yourself from your past relationships with your significant others?

That I have a voice and don’t be afraid to be yourself and express yourself and ya know, be you.

theJasmineBRAND: How is Nicole using that voice now?

Well it’s like now, I’m doing what I want to do. It’s like I don’t want anything to hold me back from what I want to do now. So it’s like heeyyy!

theJasmineBRAND: Do you think we’ll have another season of Hollywood Exes?

Oh I hope so. I thought it was a pretty good season this time, so ya know, we’re having fun.
