Wale Responds to Cudi, "It is what it is."

DJ Drama’s Gangsta Grillz Radio on Shade 45 briefly interviewed Wale this past weekend. They touched on Kid Cudi’s recent complex interview where he took a few shots at Wale.

Wale responds to Kid Cudi interview, “I could use your name for a metaphor…it’s just rap music. It wasn’t no malice out of it. It is what it is. 9 out of 10 rappers wouldn’t take it as a diss.”

On his response that Kanye didn’t give him any beats, “It’s obviously something behind all of this….Ye’s a good dude. I don’t recall making too much of an effort to work with anybody…It ain’t really all that deep…The love is in abundance…”
