Ear Hustlin…Rubi Responds to Chad/Evelyn Engagement, “I am unfaithful, take it or leave it.”

Although it was clearly obvious from day one, after the news that Chad and Evelyn were engaged, VH1’s Rubi decided to tell Reality Tea why she and Chad broke up.

According to Reality Tea…Rubi told them exclusively that she ultimately ended their relationship after she learned that Chad was cheating on her with not only Evelyn, but other women. Also, the math proves that he was cheating too. In the season two teaser of Basketball Wives, Evelyn mentions that they’ve been seeing each other for about 4 months and according to Rubi, she and Chad had been dating as of 2 months ago. Despite the fact that Rubi ended things with him, Chad still continued to call, begging her to take him back with Evelyn still in the picture.

Allegedly, Evelyn was clear of the fact that Chad was cheating  (she and Rubi talked and compared notes), but Evelyn stayed with Chad.  Rubi says that Chad’s attitude was one of “I am unfaithful, take it or leave it.” Rubi said ‘peace,’ and Evelyn said ‘we shall see.’ (my words, not theirs).

[Here’s what I think: Everyone knew what was going on but Rubi. Evelyn knew Chad was dealing w/ other women and Rubi, but she probably didn’t care or decided to wait the other women out. Or maybe Evelyn and Chad didn’t have an exclusive relationship. Regardless, from day one, I said Rubi was naive. In real life, you hafta be built to deal w/ this (Chad) type man; everybody doesn’t have a stomach for it. Trust. Both Chad and Evelyn seem to love the TV, so we’ll see a show from them and you and I will both be watching.]
