Although dude isn’t Cee-Lo Green’s brother, it certainly looks like his 4th cousin on his moma’s side. Chelsea Handler showed Cee-Lo this prankser photo while he visited her show Thursday evening. She joked, “I like to let black men slap me on the ass when they come on the show.”
